Established in 1994, All Star Ford Palestine was the first Varela Group acquisition, as of 2018 it is the largest All Star Ford franchise of the group.  Located 2 hours Southeast of Dallas.  

The Varela Group acquired what is now All Star Kilgore in 2005.  Formerly Kilgore Ford, the franchise underwent a name change in 2014.  It is located roughly 2 hours East of Dallas. 

All Star Ford Canton was acquired in 2012. It is the most recent Ford franchise purchased by the group.  Canton is located an hour East of Dallas.

Located in Palestine, TX, the home of the first Varela Group dealership, All Star Autoplex was established in 2018.

Established in 2018, All Star Outdoors sells Mahindra Tractors, UTVs, and Implements, as well as BigTex Trailers.
